Completing the ride is one thing, telling the story of it is another challenge entirely. Aside from being an explorer and a whisky fan, the main reason to take on these challenges is the raise funds and awareness of the amazing work the Air Ambulance charities do all across the country.
The initial fundraising may have come to an end on the previous challenges, but these talks and tastings also aim to raise funds for the local air ambulances charities around the country. Built in to the cost of a talk or tasting is a donation to the local air ambulance charity of the talk/tasting location.

Cost:
I aim to keep the costs as low as possible, however, there are certain costs associated with these events. The cost will depend on location and the number of whiskies wanting to be sampled during the event. A proportion of the cost will also be donated to the local air ambulance charity to the venue of the talk/tasting.
Costs will commonly vary between a few hundred pounds up towards £1000 depending on location and number of attendees and number of whiskies to be sample.

Logistics of travelling to/from venue,
All whiskies to be sampled,
Donation to local air ambulance charity.
